Harper caught lying

Letter to the Editor,

Once again our so called "Honourable" Prime Minister Stephen Harper has been caught lying!

There is little "Honour" left on parliament hill when it comes to the sleazy con artists we regretfully call politicians including our "Pinocchio" Harper.

Blaming your recent decision to "regretfully" extend the mission in Afghanistan on the deaths of the fallen soldiers, "so their death's will not be in vain", is one of the most pathetic excuses imaginable.  The Canadian military men and women who lost their lives serving in Afghanistan ARE heroes!  Period.  They served in unbearable conditions fighting for human dignity, respect, honour and freedom.

There lives were NOT lost in vain and the best way to honour them is to honour your word Mr. Prime Minister.  Honour the wishes of the overwhelming majority of Canadians who demand our soldiers out of Afghanistan!

A FULL and COMPLETE withdrawal of ALL military personnel in 2011. Period.  One hundred and fifty two fallen soldiers and 30 billion dollars is enough!

I call on all my fellow Canadians to stand tall and be heard.  NO MORE WAR in any capacity in Afghanistan!
